Responsible for Your Data
Harald Lehr, trading as huklbuildsstuff, is responsible for the personal data processed through this website. Our contact details are listed in the imprint above.
Hosting / Cloudflare
This website is hosted through Cloudflare. When you visit it, Cloudflare processes technical information needed to deliver the website and protect it against misuse. This may include your IP address, the time of access, the pages or files requested, and browser and device information.
Contact Form / FormSubmit
Our contact form uses the external service FormSubmit (formsubmit.co). When you select Send, your browser sends your name, email address, message, optional topic selection and privacy acknowledgement to FormSubmit. FormSubmit forwards your submission by email to
[email protected]. Spaceship then forwards that email to our GMX mailbox, where we receive and handle your enquiry. According to FormSubmit’s documentation, submissions are retained in its submission archive for 30 days, separately from the period for which we keep the resulting email. FormSubmit also uses Google reCAPTCHA for spam protection. During submission, you may be asked to complete a verification step, which involves a connection to Google’s service. We use your enquiry to respond to you and handle related correspondence or requested work. We do not use it for marketing. You can also contact us directly using the email address in the imprint.
Email Communication / Spaceship and GMX
Emails sent to
[email protected] are forwarded through Spaceship to our GMX mailbox. This includes enquiries delivered by FormSubmit from the website’s contact form. Spaceship processes the messages to forward them. GMX processes and stores the resulting emails in our mailbox. The information involved may include your name, email address, message, attachments and technical email information. We use this information to respond to your enquiry and handle related correspondence.
External Shop / Etsy
This website links to the huklbuildsstuff shop on Etsy. When you follow a shop or product link, you leave this website and connect to Etsy. Purchases and checkout take place on Etsy. Etsy processes personal data under its own privacy policy: https://www.etsy.com/legal/privacy/. When you place an order, we receive the customer and order information needed to fulfil it. We use this information to process your order, arrange delivery, communicate with you and meet applicable legal obligations.
Legal Bases
Enquiries about a possible commission or order, and the fulfilment of orders, are processed under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR to take steps at your request before entering into a contract or to perform a contract. Website operation and other correspondence may be processed on the basis of our legitimate interests in operating a secure website and responding to enquiries, under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Processing necessary to meet statutory obligations is based on Article 6(1)(c) GDPR. Where processing relies on your consent, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. You may withdraw that consent at any time by contacting us.
Retention
We keep enquiries, order information and related correspondence for as long as needed for their respective purposes. Information may be retained longer where necessary to fulfil contractual obligations, comply with statutory retention requirements or establish, exercise or defend legal claims. FormSubmit’s separate 30-day submission archive is described above.
Your Rights
Depending on the applicable legal requirements, you may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, restriction of processing or data portability. You may also object to processing based on legitimate interests. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal. To exercise your rights, contact us using the details in the imprint. You may lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority: www.dsb.gv.at.
Analytics and Marketing Tracking
We do not use analytics scripts, the Meta Pixel or other marketing tracking scripts on this website. Technical processing by our hosting provider and spam protection during form submission are described above. This statement concerns this website; Etsy’s use of cookies and tracking technologies is described in Etsy’s own privacy information.
