PEACE HANDS

PEACE HANDS are handcrafted from broken and used skateboards. They are magnetically attached to a base made of real concrete. A surface you could even skate on with a fingerboard. The outlines of the fingers, posed in the iconic gesture for peace and unity, are engraved into the surface. The combination of reclaimed skateboards and concrete is not only a perfect visual match, it also reflects the inherent relationship between these two materials in skateboarding. Where curbs and ledges find their peace with skateboards.
